Turn off all flood lights.

Move cars out of the driveway + away from the front of the home before the photographer arrives.

Turn on all interior + exterior lighting - ensure all bulbs are working.

Turn on pool lights and landscape lighting

Turn on interior garage lights.

Open all blinds + shades.

Remove yard signs

Put away lawn toys and clutter

Close garage doors.

Hide garbage cans out of view.

Set up and straighten outdoor furniture with cushions, open umbrellas.

Store empty planters, hoses, seasonal decor, outdoor toys, pool toys + sporting equipment out of sight.

Sweep the porches, patios + decks.

Rake leaves and remove branches from lawn.

Remove pool cleaner + tubes and store any pool equipment.

Remove grill cover - if in good condition.

Remove any lawn signs.
